General Class Overview
Classes are 60 minutes and offered weekdays (weekly class schedule in member app).
Members attending 3 days/week should plan for Mon/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thurs/Fri workouts when possible.
Members attending 2 days/week should plan for Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs workouts when possible.
Performance training program encompasses strength, conditioning, power, speed, agility & nutrition.
Small group classes are capped at a maximum of 8 participants per class. Training takes place indoors & outdoors.
Programming is designed and led by Steve Price and our Sports Performance staff.
