Learn More About Classes

General Class Overview

The training membership includes options for either two or three 60-minute classes per week.

Class times are offered weekdays at 5:30 am and 8:30 am.

Small group classes are capped at a maximum of 6 participants per class.

Program is designed and led by Steve Price and our sports performance staff. Training takes place indoors & outdoors.
