Middle School and High School athlete training programs are geared toward building a solid athletic foundation while still keeping a focus on an athlete’s individual sports goals. Small-group training sessions are typically seasonal and usually last from 4 to 12 weeks in duration, with each week building upon the previous week. Two to four days per week options are usually available depending on an athlete’s goals and available schedule.

Adult small-group training programs are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and develop the strength needed for better movement patterns, improved stability, balance, and injury prevention. Programs are offered year-round and modified for training level. Two to four days per week options are usually available.
