SUMMER ARM HEALTH & THROWING PROGRAMS
ARM CARE & VELOCITY TRAINING
Our summer throwing programs are designed for both pitchers & position players, in both baseball & softball players, ages 11 & older. The training programs includes daily classes (4 days per week) capped at a maximum of 12 participants per class. The program is designed and overseen by our lead pitching instructor Lance Dobbins. Our coaches will create customized plans for players to follow each week. Sessions will cover THROWING, SHOULDER CARE, PLYOMETRICS and CONDITIONING. This program is designed for players looking to gain velocity & learn proper arm care. Each day begins with a dynamic group warm-up. Players will incorporate proper throwing techniques and learn correct body & finger positioning. Players are grouped by age and physical development for custom workout plans.
