Sign up for THE LAB’s robust Throwing Program designed for both position players and pitchers looking to gain velocity, prevent injury, and learn proper throwing mechanics.

Baseball
Our Arm Health & Performance Throwing Program is designed & overseen by lead pitching instructor Lance Dobbins. Coaches will create customized plans for all players (position AND pitchers) to follow each and every week. Members will be able to attend up to 3 classes per week including THROWING, SHOULDER CARE, PLYOMETRICS and CONDITIONING.
This program is designed for both position players and pitchers looking to gain velocity & prevent injury while incorporating proper throwing mechanics. Program is recommended for baseball players ages 11 & up, and players will be grouped for custom workout plans.

Players will be grouped by age and skill level. Throwing programs are individualized for each player.
You only commit to the program for the set number of weeks specified at the time of purchase.
