Upcoming camps

Led by coach Steve Price, the H3 Speed Development Clinic is designed to provide athletes the fundamentals of speed training, so they can begin to improve their acceleration, max velocity, and power output on the field or court, and improve their overall athletic ability.

Each athlete in participation will undergo a Fly 10 Assessment (a measure of maximal velocity over 10 yards) and receive a free Universal Speed Rating and Profile (https://app.universalspeedrating.com/) to help jumpstart their speed journey.

Going beyond just “working out”, athletes will leave with the skills and knowledge of the “why” behind all the drills and exercises they can begin to apply year-round.

The first half of the clinic session will be focused on movement mechanics, including prehab, mobilization, stretching, activation, dynamic warm-up, mini drill series, isometrics, and linear speed mechanics. The second half will start with testing velocity sprints (MPH) and end with additional instruction on explosive power and strength movements.

The goal of the clinic is for athletes to leave with a better understanding of H3 Strength and Conditioning innovative approach to speed training, an approach that is centered around building a solid athletic foundation while still staying focused on each athlete’s specific goals. You won’t want to miss this H3 Speed Development Clinic!
