Sign up for one of THE LAB at HUSTLE3’s robust Throwing Programs designed for both position players and pitchers, softball and baseball players, looking to gain velocity, prevent injury, and learn proper throwing mechanics.
Youth Arm Health & Throwing Program
Our Youth Arm Health & Throwing Program is designed for both pitchers & position players, softball and baseball players, ages 11-13 years. The training program includes daily classes designed by our lead pitching instructor Lance Dobbins and overseen by our staff of pitching instructors. The program will cover THROWING, SHOULDER CARE, PLYOMETRICS, and CONDITIONING. Players are grouped by age and physical development for custom workout plans.

High School Arm Health & Throwing Program
Our High School Arm Health & Throwing Program is designed for both pitchers & position players, softball and baseball players, ages 14 years and older. The training program includes daily classes designed by our lead pitching instructor Lance Dobbins and overseen by our staff of pitching instructors. The program will cover THROWING, SHOULDER CARE, PLYOMETRICS, and CONDITIONING. Players are grouped by age and physical development for custom workout plans.

Advanced and Collegiate
Velo Program
Our Advanced/Collegiate Velocity (Velo) Program is primarily for those players who have previously completed our High School Throwing Program, or are current participants in our year-round Throwing Program. This Velo program is backed by years of proven techniques to build arm strength, arm speed, and gains in velocity safely and effectively. The program will correct inefficiencies in mechanics, unlock additional power through mobility and overload drills, and teach arm-health recovery techniques.

You pay for the program you book and are provided up to 3 or 4 training sessions per week, 45 minutes or 75 minutes in duration, depending on the specific program you select.
Players will be grouped by age and skill level. Throwing programs are individualized for each player.
You only commit to the program for the set number of weeks specified at the time of purchase.
Training opportunities are available at The Lab, Monday-Satruday. Email or call us for more details. Members will reserve their class time via the ZenPlanner Member app.
