Our summer strength & conditioning programs are available to male and female athletes of all sports. Small group classes are capped at a maximum of 8 participants per class. Programs are designed and led by Steve Price and our sports performance staff who will track and monitor the individual progress of each athlete. Training takes place indoors & outdoors. Programs focus on strength-building, speed training, movement, and nutrition. A total of 20 training classes will be offered in each summer session.
