Originally from St. Louis, MO, Steve played football at Missouri Valley College and earned a degree in Exercise Science. He has extensive strength and conditioning experience, including serving as a Sports Performance Coach for Texas A&M Football (2013–2017), a Strength & Conditioning Coach at IMG Academy, and Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Rutgers University. Certified through multiple organizations, Steve continues to provide comprehensive athletic performance training for multi-sport athletes, and has been with H3 Performance since 2021.

Alex Villegas

Originally from Michigan, Alexis is a master’s-level sport physiology student at Texas A&M University and CSCS-certified strength & conditioning coach with hands-on experience training both collegiate athletes and general-population clients. He is experienced in designing evidence-based programs, conducting performance assessments, and delivering on-floor coaching across multiple sports including baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, track & field, swimming, and equestrian. Alex has a strong background in biomechanics, athlete monitoring technology, and client-centered coaching to improve strength, performance, and injury resilience.
