Four-day-per-week, athlete-building full-body programs focused on age-appropriate strength development, weightlifting fundamentals, and functional training to improve speed, agility, balance, coordination, and overall movement efficiency, with nutrition education supporting safe, long-term athletic development. Four-day-per-week arm care and velocity building throwing programs for baseball and softball players, designed for both pitchers and position players. Small-group classes feature customized weekly throwing plans and focus on proper mechanics, shoulder care, plyometrics, and conditioning to safely increase velocity and promote long-term arm health. Baseball and softball hitting programs utilizing HitTrax and Blast Motion technology to assess and track ball speed, ball flight, distance, and swing metrics. Players receive data-driven instruction with high-speed video analysis and train using advanced pitching machines to improve swing efficiency, pitch recognition, and performance against varying speeds, shapes, and eye levels. Speed development programs emphasizing acceleration, max velocity, running mechanics, first-step quickness, flexibility, mobility, and power development. Athletes train through structured movement progressions—including activation, dynamic warm-ups, drill series, isometrics, and linear speed mechanics—while velocity sprints (MPH) are tested to track progress and enhance explosive performance. Athletes may add athletic recovery services to any training program, including access to daily electrical stimulation, Game Ready compression therapy, and cupping, to enhance recovery, reduce soreness, and optimize overall performance. View Add-On Recovery Services
